Ring Gasket
Ring-type rubber gaskets are cut to the required inside and outside diameters and are commonly used for raised face or other specified flange arrangements.
Rubber and elastomer gaskets designed for sealing flanged piping connections where flexibility, conformability and resistance to the specified service media are required. Available in different elastomer grades and configurations according to application requirements.
Rubber and elastomer gaskets are flexible sealing components manufactured from different elastomer compounds. They are used to create a seal between mating flange surfaces and can accommodate minor surface irregularities and flange movement.
The appropriate elastomer grade is selected primarily according to the process media, operating temperature, pressure and environmental conditions. Different compounds provide different resistance to oils, chemicals, water, steam and weathering.
Common elastomer materials include EPDM, NBR, Neoprene, FKM and Silicone. Material selection should always be based on the actual service conditions rather than gasket material alone.
Rhevon can source rubber and elastomer gaskets as standard rings, full-face gaskets or custom-cut configurations according to required dimensions and project specifications.
Flexible gasket solutions for water, process, chemical and general industrial flange connections.
Elastomer gaskets can be supplied in different cut configurations, thicknesses and material grades according to the mating flange and service requirements.
Ring-type rubber gaskets are cut to the required inside and outside diameters and are commonly used for raised face or other specified flange arrangements.
Full-face rubber gaskets extend over the flange face and include the required bolt-hole pattern. They are commonly used with flat-face flange arrangements.
Gaskets can be cut to customer-specified dimensions where a standard flange size or configuration does not meet the application requirement.
Material selection should be based on the process media, operating temperature, pressure and environmental exposure.

Specify the compound, such as EPDM, NBR or neoprene, plus hardness and thickness.
Confirm the final cutting dimensions against the mating flange and supplier drawing.
Elastomer gasket requirements can be reviewed against the specified compound, hardness, dimensions, thickness, flange standard, facing and service requirements before supply.
Common questions about elastomer materials, flange configurations, service compatibility and gasket selection.
A rubber or elastomer gasket is a flexible sealing component manufactured from an elastomer compound. It is installed between mating surfaces to prevent leakage and can accommodate minor surface irregularities through its flexibility and compressibility.
Material selection depends on the actual service conditions. EPDM is commonly considered for water and utility service, NBR for oil and fuel applications, while FKM can be selected for certain higher-temperature or chemically demanding services. The specific compound should be confirmed against the process media and operating conditions.
Yes. Elastomer sheet can be cut into ring-type or full-face gaskets according to the mating flange arrangement. The gasket dimensions and configuration should be matched to the specific flange.
Provide the NPS, flange pressure class, facing type, gasket dimensions or applicable flange standard, thickness, elastomer grade, hardness where specified, service media, operating temperature and quantity. A drawing or existing gasket specification can also be provided.
Yes. Rubber and elastomer gaskets can be included in a mixed piping requirement together with compatible flanges, studs, nuts, washers, fittings and other industrial piping components.
Share the NPS, pressure class, flange facing, elastomer grade, dimensions, thickness, hardness where applicable, quantity and service requirements. Mixed piping component requirements are also welcome.
