ENGINEERED SOURCING FOR INDUSTRIAL REQUIREMENTS ◆ PIPE FITTINGS • FLANGES • GASKETS • FASTENERS ◆ CS • LTCS • ALLOY STEEL • STAINLESS STEEL ◆ TECHNICAL INSPECTION & DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT ◆ DOMESTIC & EXPORT SUPPLY ◆

We understand the drawing.
Not just the order.

The right piping component starts with understanding where it belongs.

At Rhevon, we bring an engineering perspective to sourcing — helping you interpret project documents, evaluate material requirements and turn technical intent into a clearer procurement package.

01 / HOW WE SUPPORT YOU

More than supply.
A technical point of view.

A material list tells only part of the story. We help connect quantities, specifications and drawings so your sourcing decisions start with the right information.

01 / MTO

Material take-off evaluation

Make your MTO easier to quote and act on. We review the listed requirements against the available project documents.

  • Check descriptions, sizes, schedules, ratings and quantities
  • Flag duplicate entries, omissions and inconsistent units
  • Identify items that need technical clarification before sourcing
THE OUTCOMEA clearer, consolidated material requirement.
Sample P&ID showing a tank, pump, valves and instrumentation
02 / P&ID

P&ID interpretation

Understand the process context behind the component list by reading piping and instrumentation diagrams.

  • Trace line numbers, equipment connections and tagged items
  • Read valves, instruments, branches and specification breaks
  • Cross-reference line lists and supporting project documents
THE OUTCOMEBetter context for each piping requirement.
Sample piping material specification sheet listing material grades, sizes and component standards
03 / PMS

Piping material specifications

Read the PMS or piping class sheet to understand the specification behind the material being requested.

  • Review material grades, component standards and end connections
  • Check schedules, flange ratings, facings and joint requirements
  • Flag deviations or proposed alternatives for your approval
THE OUTCOMESupply enquiries aligned with your piping class.
Sample piping isometric drawing with dimensions, component callouts and a bill of materials
04 / ISOMETRICS

Isometric drawing review

Translate the routing and bill of materials on your isometrics into a practical understanding of supply scope.

  • Read routing, dimensions, elevations and component callouts
  • Interpret weld references, spool breaks and connection details
  • Reconcile drawing BOMs with the corresponding MTO
THE OUTCOMEA closer match between drawings and procurement.

P&IDs provide process context; quantities are checked against the applicable MTOs, isometrics and supporting documents. Final design decisions and approvals remain with your designated engineering authority.

A team cross-checking details on printed technical plans

Fewer assumptions.
More informed procurement.

02 / THE WAY WE WORK

From project documents
to a defined supply scope.

We work alongside your procurement and engineering teams, making the technical questions visible before they become purchasing decisions.

  1. 01

    Share the latest revision

Send your MTO, drawings, PMS sheets and the scope you want us to review.

  2. 02

    Review and raise clarifications

We cross-check the information and bring gaps, mismatches and open questions to your attention.

  3. 03

    Align, then move to sourcing

Once your team confirms the requirements, we support a more clearly defined enquiry and supply package.

03 / SOFTWARE FAMILIARITY

Comfortable with the tools
your engineers work in.

Our familiarity with piping and design software helps us follow technical discussions, understand model context and communicate more effectively with your team.

Software names and logos belong to their respective owners and identify tools we are familiar with. No vendor affiliation or certification is implied.

LET’S CONNECT THE DETAILS

Have the drawings?
Let’s talk through them.

Whether you have a complete MTO or a requirement that needs clarification, tell us where you need support. We’ll agree on the review scope and the next steps with you.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before we begin.

Clarity on scope makes for a better working relationship.

Can you help if our MTO is incomplete?

Yes. Share the available material list and supporting documents. We can help identify missing information and prepare questions for your engineering team before the supply requirement is finalised.

What files should we send?

Readable PDFs of drawings and specifications, together with Excel material lists, are a practical starting point. For native CAD, model or stress-analysis files, please discuss the software version and review scope with us first.

Does this include independent design approval?

This support focuses on interpreting project information and aligning procurement requirements. Independent design, code verification, stress-analysis deliverables or formal approval would need a separately agreed scope with the responsible engineering authority.
