Ring Gasket
Ring-type PTFE gaskets are cut to the required inside and outside diameters and are commonly used for raised face flanged connections.
PTFE gaskets designed for reliable sealing of flanged connections where chemical resistance and low permeability are important. Available in virgin PTFE and application- specific modified PTFE grades for chemical, process and industrial piping systems.
PTFE gaskets are manufactured from polytetrafluoroethylene, a fluoropolymer known for its broad chemical resistance and low friction characteristics. PTFE is widely used where conventional fiber or elastomeric gasket materials may not provide the required chemical compatibility.
PTFE gaskets can be supplied as cut gaskets from PTFE sheet material and are available in configurations suitable for raised-face and flat-face flange arrangements.
Different PTFE formulations can be selected according to the service requirement. Virgin PTFE provides high chemical purity, while modified or filled PTFE grades can provide improved mechanical or creep characteristics.
Rhevon can source PTFE gaskets according to required dimensions, thickness, material grade, flange facing, quantity and project specification.
Cut PTFE sheet gasket for industrial and chemical process flange connections.
PTFE gaskets can be supplied in different material grades, thicknesses and cut configurations according to the mating flange and service requirements.
Ring-type PTFE gaskets are cut to the required inside and outside diameters and are commonly used for raised face flanged connections.
Full-face PTFE gaskets cover the complete flange face and include the required bolt-hole pattern. They are commonly used with flat-face flange arrangements.
PTFE sheet is available in different thicknesses. Selection depends on flange condition, operating requirements, gasket dimensions and project specification.
PTFE gasket material can be selected according to chemical compatibility, temperature, pressure, mechanical requirements and service conditions.

Common questions about PTFE gasket materials, configurations, flange compatibility and industrial applications.
A PTFE gasket is a cut gasket manufactured from polytetrafluoroethylene sheet. PTFE is widely selected for applications requiring high chemical resistance and compatibility with a broad range of process media.
Virgin PTFE is an unfilled PTFE material commonly used where chemical compatibility and purity are important. Modified or filled PTFE formulations are engineered to improve properties such as creep resistance, dimensional stability or mechanical performance for specific applications.
Yes. PTFE sheet can be cut into ring-type or full-face gaskets suitable for different flange arrangements. The gasket dimensions should be selected according to the mating flange standard and facing configuration.
Provide the NPS, pressure class, flange facing, gasket dimensions or applicable flange standard, required thickness, PTFE grade, service media and quantity. A drawing or existing gasket specification can also be provided for confirmation.
Yes. PTFE gaskets can be included in a mixed piping requirement together with compatible flanges, studs, nuts, washers and other piping components, allowing the complete flange-joint requirement to be sourced together.
Share the NPS, pressure class, flange facing, PTFE grade, dimensions, thickness, quantity and applicable specification. Mixed piping component requirements are also welcome.
